One productive solution to working with a person like this is to identify a piece of the project you can carve out for yourself, offering upfront to report your gates, deadline progress, etc. In a perfect world it will be in an area where CF isn&#039;t particularly strong (in terms of doing the work himself). I&#039;ve found this to be the best workaround for these situations.</description>
