I&#039;ll pass this along to my husband (he has sleep issues, I do not--funny--he makes jokes about this--he gets home late, and does crazy things, like playing with my face while I&#039;m sleeping--and I never wake up!).</description>

You know I am already a fan of your stuff, but that article has helped me immensly. I have been having all sorts of problems reaching a healthy level of &#039;downtime&#039; mostly because I worry if I have achieved enough that day to get us one step further to our goals.

Your article has made me realise that as long as we are moving forward I&#039;ve done all I can and it&#039;s time to &#039;shut off&#039; from what I&#039;m doing for a while. Spending countless hours staring at the ceiling going through everything in my head is not productive!
