I agree.  It&#039;s easy in today&#039;s world to see doom and gloom around us.  What&#039;s harder is looking for opportunity.  We do this when times are &quot;good&quot;.  Why wouldn&#039;t we do it when times are &quot;bad&quot;?

		<description>This is a great post, giving good advice on what can be done instead of just sitting at home panicking or watching the rest of the world panic. 

I especially like the advice about investing in property, either for yourself or as an investment. People are always complaining about property prices and not being able to afford anything. Times like this are perfect for getting into the market, and we should be glad for the opportunity to pick up a bargain!</description>
