Jennifer,

Thank you for responding to my comments, well said. To take it a step further the one becomes the many and back to one as in I am all of that, I am that, I am, I.

Yes, Susanna. We have to view life outside of ourselves. We never really live until we do.

David, Glad you enjoyed Monday's post. It's so liberating when we realize we have a choice!!!

Jennifer,

It took me 35 years to get to he first point of pain, then another 10 to fully "get it". I hope never to lose "it".

Loved your post on Monday.

David, Your last sentence says it all..."It all comes down to living with intention. Those things you fully take notice of today have the potential to change your tomorrow." I lived the first 30 years of my life with virtually no intention. I was so devistated (mid life crisis at age 30) when I realized I had done that. I never want to go back.

Thanks for all these reminders. Gives me more to work on....

This reminds me a lot of my post from Monday on choosing ahead of time....

Beautiful mindfulness.

May I add one more notice. As we go about daily life notice all the people, situations, nature etc., on a much wider scale (the greater whole if you like) which supports and sustains us and without which we could not be. The web of inter-connectedness that not only binds us together but which has to work together to bring about any action that we undertake. In this sense an appreciation for the whole of life ensues and the beloved rather than being a single entity becomes the mass.
