Achieve Greater Success at Work

It seems that there is even more pressure now-a-days than before to perform more at work, reach bigger goals, etc. This often leaves less personal or family time. Read my post, take a break to achieve greater success at work over at Dumb Little Man to hear my opinions on the topic.
Most people feel an increased pressure to perform more at work, achieve greater goals, boost sales, and reach higher profits. Most of the demands call for overtime hours behind the desk, leading to decreased personal or family time.
How might we deal with such pressures? Step off!
