I’ve created a post titled how negative emotions can help us overcome problems in response to last falls video that was created about the Ohio State Buckeyes football team and the audience’s jabs, jeers & ridicule.
Last fall, the Ohio State Buckeyes football team made the news not for what they did on the field, but for the tactics they used to motivate players. A video was created and disseminated to the captive audience full of jabs, jeers, and ridicule.
Were the coaches effective in motivating their players? What can we learn from The Ohio State University?
