Work-At-Home Life Balance
By David B. Bohl | March 16, 2007 | No Responses Yet
Take a look at this list:
- having days off
- taking longer vacations
- having times during the day that are set aside for family
- setting time aside for exercise
- prioritizing time for face to face interactions with people
- developing other hobbies
- setting limits on how late you’ll stay up and when you’ll go to bed
The above list comes from Darren Rowse of problogger in a post titled “Maintaining a Blog/Life Balance.”
I’m sure those of us who work from home can include some of these items in our definition of balance.
What’s your definition of balance?
