According to Robert A. Emmons, people who feel gratitude experience higher levels of happiness and joy in their lives, along with being in better health and taking better care of themselves. Gratitude is acknowledging you are dependent on others, which might be hard for some people, here are some tips on how to develop gratitude: focus on good things happening in your life, accept the bad things and move on.
