Do You Make the Mistake of getting Hungry, Angry, Lonely, and/or Tired?
The next time you have one of those days where you can’t get anything done, you feel irritable, etc. stop and think about how well you slept the night before (or even the past couple nights). For me personally I’ve noticed that lack of sleep seems to be the underlying cause when I’m having one of those days. Try getting a power nap in but the real solution is to make sure you are well rested. (more…)
