		<description>Great advice -- couldn&#039;t agree more. 

I do see many parents overpraising their children.  Sometimes it&#039;s out of sincere desire to build up children&#039;s self-esteem, but other times it&#039;s for the parents to win approval of the children.  Either way, praise when praise is truly called for, and don&#039;t over do it.
