I think that’s so true! When people focus too much on the future, it’s like you said, they completely skip over and miss the opportunities they have right in front of them to turn those dreams into realities. Nice post, I StumbleUpon-ed it!

Good post David. Reminds me of my life prior to 2003. I kept lamenting about my life. I was a wishful dreamer, always living vicariously through others. While I had lots of plans for how I wanted my life to turn out, I never acted on them in the present. All of that changed dramatically when I took a job overseas on a tropical island. Don’t live in the future. Live now.
