		<description>Real Joy is in being grateful for what we have and knowing that what we have is what we need, no more or less. Not just being grateful for the seemingly positive things but also in the acceptance of and fully embracing the seemingly negative things. 

When this is realized there is no further need to look for it anywhere.

There&#039;s no problem in having goals but the joy is not in the goals and I realize cannot be conveyed from one to another.</description>
