&quot;in order to gain something, you must lose something else.&quot; Hilariously this the core common line in a Japanese Anime: Full Metal Alchemist. That line - is in fact - very true. 

From what I read, I can make out that balancing your life leads to happiness. We have to match our decisions with our values - is it not  impossible to know the outcomes of our decisions?</description>
