David, thanks for the reminder that we sometimes make our own storm clouds just by our attitude.

Great post. I agree with you people tend to focus on what went wrong in their lives instead of looking at the goodness life has to offer them.

I have been in that shoe once but have come out of it. Thanks to The Secrets & The Law of Attraction.

Thanks for this post.

Rgds

Hi David, Yes, this is exactly what the law of attraction focuses on. If you think badly you will attract more badness. If you think positively you will attract more things to be positive about. When I was chronically ill and in chronic pain I was ALWAYS looking at my pain and illness instead of concentrating on what was good in my life. Changing the way I looked at things was integral for my healing. Not much good can come at always looking at the bleak side of things! Thanks for the post! Gratefully, Jenny

I found this line very humorous:

But then they put on their disappointed voice and say, “But I couldn’t have a glass of milk with it. They didn’t serve milk.”

In my own mind, the Debbie Downer music played when I read it! Wah-wah.

Overall, great sentiment and presented in a neat story.
