I kid you not - where workplaces are command and control benevolent dictatorships, this can be a very effective survival skill. 

Ricardo Semler has a great take on work and free time - I wrote a post about his thinking. He&#039;s so far ahead of some corporate dinosaurs and their &quot;organization theories&quot; (think &quot;slavery&quot; ;-)
