		<description>I think you are right on the money with this one David. Much stress is caused by fear. Fear of what has happened which we don&#039;t want and seek to get rid of and/or what may happen which we don&#039;t want and seek to avoid. Many people live out their whole lives osciallating between the two.

However things are seldom as they seem. I have come to the conclusion that it is more helpful (when fear arises) to question it&#039;s truth against the facts of any given situation. So rather than worrying or obsessing about a thought about what is or may happen if ......etc. 
I figure it better to face the situation head on by clarifying it and taking action based on the facts. Stressful thoughts then arise less and less. Also if we can learn to trust in what happens or doesn&#039;t as being right for us then we would not judge events and situations as good or bad in the first place.</description>
